Holding a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Queen’s University and a PMP certificate, she has driven strategic initiatives and championed diversity throughout her career, including as VP of Operations for a safety-critical aerospace systems firm.

With a foundation in Aerospace Engineering and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), she has led cross-functional teams through complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Shelby Jessiman is a Project Manager in Strategic Planning at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada, where she leads enterprise-level initiatives in mergers and acquisitions, product strategy, and organizational transformation. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Calgary and brings over a decade of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong foundation in Occupational Health and Safety.

Sarah Ghazi is an enthusiastic aerospace professional at MDA, where she currently supports the Lunar Gateway program for NASA. Her passion for aerospace grew when she joined Bombardier in 2019, working on the supplier compliance team overseeing suppliers for the manufacturing of Global 7500 high-speed business jets.

Prabhleen Nar is a driven individual with a strong academic and professional background in political science, business, and community engagement. She has gained valuable experience in roles such as Appeals Officer at the Canada Revenue Agency and Legislative Assistant at the Office of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, building a foundation in policy, governance, and public service.
