Nikki Morshedi is an accomplished leader with over 15 years of experience in Program Management and operations within the aerospace engineering sector. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Queen’s University and a PMP certificate, Nikki has consistently driven strategic initiatives and ensured operational excellence throughout her career. Formerly VP of Operations for an aerospace engineering firm specializing in safety-critical mission systems, she played a pivotal role in advancing business growth while championing diversity and inclusion. Nikki is deeply committed to supporting and mentoring women in aerospace, advocating for diversity, and fostering a supportive environment for female professionals in the industry.
