Sajedah Rustom

Sajedah is an accomplished executive with global strategy, business transformation and operations leadership across Aerospace, Technology, HR, and Marketing domains, including product design, sales, delivery, and customer experience.

With twenty years’ proficiency across commercial and business aviation, Sajedah was responsible for the design and management of the Q400, CRJ and CSeries cost-by-hour programs, as well as component reliability, asset management and supply chain across Bombardier commercial aviation. She went on to manage business development for parts services, delivering significant growth, cost optimization and customer satisfaction.

Sajedah later moved into business aviation at Bombardier as Transformation Officer for the Global Express, Challenger, and Learjet aftermarket, delivering double-digit sales, delivery efficiency and heightened customer service worldwide.

She went on to become Chief Executive Officer & Board Director at AJW Technique, AJW Group’s aircraft maintenance organization, where she oversaw strategy, product and services innovation, whilst ensuring flawless execution and account management across European and Canadian service centres.

Sajedah also led People strategy for the Group, responsible for implementing the human resources strategic plan, fostering a culture of quality, inclusiveness, learning and development.

Additionally, as Marketing leader for the Group, Sajedah managed the design, development, and execution of creative and commercial multi-media strategies, to achieve sales and brand positioning goals.

She won the honour of being one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers in Aerospace in 2020.

Sajedah is now the CEO of AviaPro Consulting, supporting airlines, airports, authorities and industry partners with specialized strategic, operational and technical solutions worldwide.

She is an active Women in Aerospace Board Vice Chair, an avid Board Member, and transformation coach to emerging and established executives and companies with her Lead to Learn programs.

Sajedah supports various charity, entrepreneurship, and youth programs, with her passions being family, her three daughters, art, food, travel, and kickboxing.

She is fluent in English and French, holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of London, England with Six Sigma, Lean Management, Agile and Business Process Engineering certifications.
