Smriti Ahuja is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) with over seven years of experience in project management, operations, and engineering within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. She has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams, managed complex projects, and driven operational efficiency. Smriti is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the aerospace industry and is committed to supporting the professional growth of underrepresented groups in STEM fields. She holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering and is currently pursuing her PMP certification.
Outside of work, Smriti enjoys hiking, playing board games, and volunteering.
