Smriti Ahuja

Smriti Ahuja is an accomplished project management and operations professional with over a decade of experience in the aerospace, aviation, and advanced manufacturing industries. With a strong foundation in Aerospace Engineering and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Smriti has successfully led cross-functional teams, executed complex multi-stakeholder projects, and driven operational efficiencies across technical and organizational environments.

In her current role as Program Manager at Women in Aerospace Canada, Smriti works alongside industry leaders, educational institutions, and government partners to deliver programs that encourage greater representation and leadership of women in the aerospace sector. She manages mentorship initiatives, professional development offerings, and outreach activities aimed at building a more inclusive and supportive industry community.

Smriti is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the aerospace industry and is committed to supporting the professional growth of underrepresented groups in STEM fields. Smriti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and is currently working towards her PMP certification to further expand her leadership and project management capabilities.

Outside of work, Smriti enjoys hiking, traveling, playing board games, and volunteering in community programs.
