Nancy Barber is a senior aerospace executive with over 25 years of leadership in operations, supply chain, and program management. She has played a pivotal role in large-scale, clean-sheet commercial and business aircraft programs, driving innovation and execution at the highest levels.

As the founder of Barber Complete Consultancy Inc., Nancy provides strategic guidance in leadership development, mergers & acquisitions, commercial and product strategy, and business development. In 2021, she joined De Havilland Aircraft of Canada as a Senior Advisor, leveraging her extensive industry expertise to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

She previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Bombardier Business Aircraft, and as Vice President, Program Management, Global 7500, where she led cost and milestone management, ensuring the aircraft’s successful entry into service and subsequent production ramp-up. Since 2022, Nancy has served as President of Women in Aerospace Canada, leading efforts to support, mentor, and advance women in the industry. She is a passionate advocate for gender diversity in aerospace, actively mentoring, coaching, and speaking on leadership and industry advancement.

Nancy’s contributions have earned her notable recognition, including being named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women (2020) and receiving the Elsie Award from the Northern Lights Aero Foundation for her impact on aviation and aerospace in Canada. She also holds the Chartered Director (C.Dir) designation, reinforcing her strategic leadership expertise.
