Jennifer (“Jenn”) Gebel has been an integral part of the Management team of Patlon Aircraft & Industries Limited since 2018, becoming Director of Operations in 2022.
She has several educational accomplishments including an Excellence in Organizational Leadership Certificate from University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management along with several other Leadership Certificates through accredited Universities and a Diploma in Business from Seneca College
Strategic and highly effective compassionate leader with a unique blend of operations, contract management and sales knowledge from a diverse background of industries. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, excellent communication, and ability to build and mentor high-performing teams. She believes in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. Jenn is adept at aligning operations with business objectives to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional results.
In her free time, Jenn is an avid Peloton user. She also enjoys reading, travelling, cooking, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
