With a wealth of experience managing projects and leading teams across numerous sectors. her work experience cuts across engagements with international corporations and non-profit organizations in both public and private sectors. She is passionate about women’s inclusivity and visibility in the workplace.

Ayodeji possesses an MBA degree from Geneva Business School, Switzerland. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in International Public Policy from Queen Mary University of London, United Kingdom and a first-class Law Degree from Afe Babalola University, Nigeria.
