Jenn Gebel is Chief Operating Officer of Patlon Aircraft & Industries Limited, a Canadian distributor supporting the aerospace, defence, shipbuilding, industrial, and commercial sectors. Since joining Patlon in 2018, she has progressed through four roles , from Bid and Program Manager to COO, building deep expertise across operations, contract management, and technical sales.
A strategic and collaborative leader, Jenn is known for building and mentoring high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Seneca College and has completed executive leadership programs through Rotman, Columbia, McMaster, and Waterloo.
Jenn serves on the Board of Women in Aerospace Canada as Secretary/Treasurer and holds a Program Advisory Committee seat at Humber Polytechnic, supporting the next generation entering the aerospace and technology sectors.
Outside of work, Jenn is an avid Peloton user who enjoys reading, travelling, cooking, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
