A direct line between employers and emerging talent
CADTE connects Canada’s aerospace, defence, space and advanced-technology employers with emerging and transitioning technical talent. It is a curated day built around conversation, not booth traffic, hosted at Canon Canada’s headquarters in Brampton.
The morning opens with an industry panel on talent acquisition in Canadian aerospace and defence. In the afternoon, students, recent graduates, early-career and transitioning professionals meet employers face to face and talk through the projects, research, co-ops and competitions that show what they can do.
Aerospace, defence, space, cybersecurity, advanced manufacturing, AI and autonomous systems. One room, and the people who will build what comes next.
Who you’ll meet from WIA-Canada
Nikki Morshedi, Executive Director of Women in Aerospace Canada, is part of the CADTE industry panel on talent acquisition, alongside leaders from MDA Space, NordSpace, Calian, NGen, VAC AERO, MHI Canada Aerospace, Fanshawe College and Ontario’s Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade. Nojan Ahmadi will be there from the WIA-Canada team too. Say hi, and connect with us on LinkedIn.
