About the Speaker
Pamela Ruebusch
Pamela Ruebusch is the Founder and CEO of TSI Group Inc., a Toronto-based executive search and talent acquisition firm she established in 1990 and has led ever since.
TSI specializes in retained executive search, strategic talent acquisition, recruitment process outsourcing and leadership development across North America, working with clients in supply chain and procurement, consumer packaged goods, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, distribution and private equity. In 2021 the firm became the first Canadian executive search firm to partner with Wisnio, an AI-driven talent analytics platform, and it has been named to Hunt Scanlon’s Top Executive Search Firms in North America.
A Wilfrid Laurier University graduate, she sits on the board of Laurier’s School of Business, serves on Humber College’s advisory board, and is a past President of the Toronto chapter of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
