The workforce question, asked properly
The Workforce Agility Forum opens with an HR overview of what Ontario aviation and aerospace actually needs between 2026 and 2030, then runs three consecutive Q&A panels: a Diverse Panel on the barriers to inclusivity, an Academic Panel on collaboration and shared resources, and an Industry Panel on what is working in practice.
Fifteen panellists are confirmed, drawn from Air Canada, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, the RCAF, Mohawk College, McMaster University, Confederation College, the Ontario Aerospace Council, DAIR, the CCAA, Canadian Aviation Pride, the Black Aviation Professional Network, ISEAD, the Northern Lights Aero Foundation and Women in Aerospace Canada. Nikki Morshedi joins the Diverse Panel for WIA-Canada.
The day closes with a networking reception from 5:05 to 7:00 PM, with a cash bar, hors d’oeuvres and live entertainment from Mysterion the Mindreader.
Fifteen panellists, three panels, and one honest conversation about who the industry is not reaching.
