Enrollment is NOW OPEN for our 2025 Mentorship Program — a 3-month journey launching this September that connects passionate professionals through purpose-driven mentorship.
What’s the Program All About?
- One mentor + two mentees = one powerhouse trio!
- Monthly virtual mentoring sessions packed with strategic advice, career insights, and real-world wisdom from seasoned professionals.
- Perfect for both junior and senior members to navigate the dynamic skies of the public and private aerospace sectors.

- Mentees: Early and mid-career professionals, students, and individuals looking to advance within aerospace.

Program Fees
- Students: $40
- WIA Canada Members: $60 (Corporate members can use their corporate training budget towards this)
- Non-members: $120
