Nikki Morshedi is an accomplished leader with over 15 years of experience in Program Management and operations within the aerospace engineering sector. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Queen’s University and a PMP certificate, Nikki has consistently driven strategic initiatives and ensured operational excellence throughout her career. Formerly VP of Operations for an aerospace engineering firm specializing in safety-critical mission systems, she played a pivotal role in advancing business growth while championing diversity and inclusion. Nikki is deeply committed to supporting and mentoring women in aerospace, advocating for diversity, and fostering a supportive environment for female professionals in the industry.
Her career progression from Software Consultant to Vice President of Operations reflects her steadfast commitment to excellence and continuous growth. Nikki’s leadership is marked by her expertise in leading and managing technology projects across all lifecycle stages, optimizing supply chains, streamlining processes, and spearheading change management initiatives. She has consistently demonstrated strategic acumen and a keen eye for efficiency, successfully positioning organizations for long-term success in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys staying active with regular workouts and values spending quality time with family and friends.
