Susie Pearce

Susie joined the Aerospace Industry in 2018 after 20 plus years working for the Government in the UK and shipbuilding companies in Canada and have spent the past 5 years working in the Quality Department, managing the supplier quality requirements and compliance and now Director of Quality for Manufacturing.
She started at a low level in the Ship building industry, and gained a degree in Business Studies, and used her skills to progress to a leadership role where she managed supplier compliance for a multitude of suppliers.
Her aspirations when she started her working career was to be a Chef, Susie graduated from Catering School and her first job was working in a five-star restaurant in the UK. Soon realized she had a high attention to detail and this attention to detail is what she is still using in her current role.
In her free time she likes to walk her dog, do arts and crafts with her young daughter who has special needs. Susie looks to learn new skills and stretch herself and is currently learning about quilt making.
