Laila is an emerging leader backed with over 10 years of experience across mandates of increased accountability and scope of responsibility within the aerospace and defense sector.  Most currently, Laila’s passion for Jet Engine Maintenance is highlighted as she manages a team of very dynamic supply chain specialists who take action to ensure material strategies are developed and executed to achieve customer redelivery commitments, while achieving or exceeding profitability objectives and managing inventory levels for the corporation.

Previous mandates which helped shape her unique skillset, included vendor management and supervision of a purchasing department along managing international customer delegations, export controls, negotiations with both suppliers and customers while engaging across functions such as Finance, Customer Service and Business Development.  Laila is a graduate of Concordia University as a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Minor in Supply Chain.
