Join Women in Aerospace Canada for a special edition of our Lunch & Learn Series, hosted by Stella Filippatos, featuring Aline Massouh, Senior Director, Communications at CAE.

Aline brings more than 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, brand management, product development, and commercial strategy. Since joining CAE in 2015, she has held several leadership roles of increasing responsibility, progressing from Marketing Manager in Civil Aviation to Commercial Strategy Manager, Senior Manager of Global Communications & Public Affairs, and ultimately to her current role as Senior Director, Communications.

 

 

Today, Aline leads global communications across CAE’s Civil Aviation and Defense businesses, overseeing media relations, executive communications, brand management, digital content, and stakeholder engagement. She works closely with senior leadership teams to develop and execute communications strategies that support business growth, strengthen corporate reputation, and reinforce CAE’s position as a global leader in training and critical operations.

 

Beyond her professional achievements, Aline is passionate about education and community engagement, serving on the Board of Cégep André-Laurendeau. She holds a Master of Science in Marketing from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.

In conversation with Stella Filippatos, Aline will share insights from her career journey, discuss the evolving role of communications in global organizations, and offer practical advice on personal branding, leadership, and navigating change and transformation.
