What to Expect

• You choose which mentor tables to visit — no pre-matching or assignments
• Multiple rounds of open mentoring, each approximately 20 minutes each
• Small groups — up to 3 mentees per mentor table
•  Come with your questions ready — whether it’s career advice, industry insights, breaking into the field, or navigating the workplace
•  Move freely between rooms just like you would at an in-person networking event
