With 20+ years of experience in recruitment marketing and as a mother of a child with special needs, she is passionate about helping employers build neuro-inclusive workplaces. She also authored Neurodiversity at Work: A Guide for Hiring Managers. You will hear of Natalie’s personal story as well as an introduction to a superb practical guide designed to raise awareness and help employers make practical steps to include neurominorities in the workplace.
Esther Boffey – Esther is currently Talent Development Manager at Stanton House, a specialist recruitment company. She leads a small team which covers the full Talent agenda including DEI and Employee Engagement. Esther has more than ten years of experience across the talent agenda, with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and People Development. She holds a MSc degree in organizational psychology and enjoys bringing academic research into practice.
