Celebrate International Women’s Day with Women in Aerospace Canada (WIA) and the Ontario Aerospace Council (OAC)!

Join us for a dynamic networking event designed to bring together women and allies from aerospace, aviation, and related industries. This special occasion is an opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities for career growth while discussing trends and insights shaping the future of aerospace. We also encourage parents to bring their high school kids to get inspired and discover exciting opportunities in aerospace.

What to expect:

    • The event will kick off with opening remarks from Mayor Carolyn Parrish of the City of Mississauga.
      There will be a keynote speech from Robert J. Deluce, Executive Chairman of Porter Airlines, followed by an engaging panel discussion with our distinguished guests:

      • Nancy Hill, Director of Safety and Mission Assurance at MDA Space
      • Sandra Buckler, Senior Director of External Affairs and Public Relations at Bombardier

      The discussion will be moderated by Natasha Gagnon, CEO of the Ontario Aerospace Council.
