InspireHER: An Evening of Celebration for International Women’s Day – March 6, 2025

Celebrate International Women’s Day with Women in Aerospace Canada (WIA) and the Ontario Aerospace Council (OAC)!

 

We are thrilled to welcome you to InspireHER: Celebrating Women in Aerospace, an evening dedicated to honoring the achievements and contributions of women in the aerospace industry.

 

 

Important details:
    • Date: Thursday, March 6, 2025
    • Time: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
    • Location: C banquets – 300 City Centre Drive, 12th Floor Mississauga, ON L5B 3C1
    Getting to the underground parking and venue:

    🚗 GPS Tip: Enter “Mississauga Civic Centre Underground Parking” in your GPS rather than C Banquets for direct parking directions.

    1. Enter the parking lot from Duke of York Boulevard
    2. Park on Level P1 or P2
    3. Enter the Civic Centre building via the “Parking garage elevators” (Blue doors)
    4. Take the elevators to the Ground Floor and follow signs to the “Tower elevators”
    5. Take the Tower elevators to the 12th floor (C Banquets)

     Free Parking Receipt Redemption Process

    Upon arrival, use the following details at the parking machine to obtain your parking receipt:

    • Group Name: INTEDO3
    • Unique Code: 10078
    1. On the parking machine screen, tap the “Multi Visit Pass” option and follow the next prompt.
    2. Enter your Group Name (INTEDO3) when prompted for the license plate. Please enter the name together, with no spacing.
    3. At the next prompt, enter the Unique Code (10078).

    ***An incorrectly entered name or code will show an error and restart the transaction process.

    1. The machine will print a receipt, please display this receipt on your vehicle dash.

     

    🚨 Important Notes:

    • Vehicles parked without a properly displayed parking receipt are subject to ticketing.
    • Displaying the parking code instead of a parking receipt is not allowed.
    • Parking spaces are on a first come first serve basis.

     

    If Walking to the Venue

    • Enter the Civic Centre (City Hall) building on the ground level through the West Entrance (facing Living Arts Drive).
    • Take the “Tower elevators” to C Banquets – 12th Floor.
