LGBTQ2+ in Advanced Air Mobility: Building a Brave New Industry Together August 19th

LGBTQ2+ in Advanced Air Mobility: Building a Brave New Industry Together August 19th

Women and Drones, Canadian Advanced Air Mobility Consortium (CAAM) and Pride at Work Canada warmly invite you to join us for a moderated dialogue about how to set up this new industry with inclusivity and equity in mind.
How can companies create and educate allies in the workspace? What can we learn from traditional aerospace and apply to AAM? What is brave leadership and why is it needed in today’s industries? What can new graduates expect from upper management and a new work environment?
This event, as one part of an annual three-part series including women in AAM and indigenous peoples, strives to move this conversation forward as we build this new industry together. This is an online event featuring a keynote fireside chat followed by three discussion topics: Inclusion in Aviation Today, Leading with Language, and Small Steps Towards Brave Leadership.
