Many leaders, project managers and employees struggle to keep up with the pressures to respond to demands of the changing economy. The process of change can bring stress to even the strongest organizations. Leveraging Change Management to Improve Your Project Success is aimed to assist project managers and business analysts to identify and address the typical questions and concerns that employees raise during times of uncertainty, as well as how to use appropriate change strategies and corresponding behaviors to address employee responses to change in order to improve overall project success. At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
• Identify challenges to leading change initiatives and develop plans to manage them
• Assess different reactions to change, including your own
• Determine the appropriate change strategies to use and corresponding behaviours to address employee concerns regarding change to improve project success
Siobhan Brown is a dynamic keynote speaker, an award winning published author, and expert in change management and leadership. She has spoken to diverse groups at conferences, events, seminars, and planning sessions to motivate individuals to work more collaboratively. Siobhan has spoken to audiences with attendance of over 2,500 people from 71 countries. She is a creative, energetic, results-driven speaker with a well-earned reputation for motivating and inspiring client groups worldwide. She has aided teams to develop innovative solutions to achieve their strategic objective for both public and private sectors.
Siobhan possesses over 20 years of experience transforming businesses, leading change, people management, training and development, customer service, and project management within large, complex corporate environments. She has experience speaking for a broad range of clients including groups in the government, telecommunications, retail and financial sectors, as well as one-on-one coaching with Senior Management and Executive level staff. Siobhan has currently completed her Master’s degree at Royal Roads University, with a focus on organizational change, leadership development and generational diversity.
